Sometimes it will be difficult to access the official website www.microsoft.com of Microsoft in some system. You just have to do a small work on your control panel settings to get this problem sorted out.Step1:- Click the start button and Go to Control panel.
Step2:- Go to Performance and maintenance option.
Step3:- Select Administrative Tools
Step4:- Take Service and double click on the DNS server.
Step5:- A window will come in it under General section change Start Up type todisabled.Step6:-Click Stop and give Apply >>OKStep7:- Go for a restart and Hope you will get the problem solved.
