1.Do not start your career without understanding the nature of your
job. When a particular firm offer you a job with high salary remember
that they in turn expect a valuable performance from you.
2.Always keep a positive attitude. Understand the importance of
target. It will be difficult to work with out a target. It will be
like shooting without an aim. So realise the fact that target is very
important to work with a goal. When you get a target don’t think that
it is difficult to achieve, if you think so you may not be able to
achieve even the target that is a cake walk for you. Never be
negative, be confident. A calm and quiet pragmatic person can achieve
any big target than a tensed and stressful person.
3.When you do jobs having target pressure it is very important to
relax and to maintain positive energy. Doing regular exercise or work
out in gym will help to develop a positive mind filled with energy. If
the body is weak and tired mind will easily  switch to a negative
mode, eating nutritious food will provide necessary vitamins and
minerals to body.  Yoga can play a vital role in developing an
enthusiastic mind.
4. Happy life or little happy moments in life will increase the output

Foul smell from our mouth is very disturbing and irritating thing for
us and for others also. Even though we brush daily and sometimes twice
or thrice the smell persists and it will influence our confidence in
interpersonal relationship. Infections in our mouth should be give
utmost priority since it is symptom of other major diseases.  Dentists
have to give importance to this issue since the detection and
observation of the dentists is very important in detecting the major
disease associated with mouth infection. There is a direct
relationship between heart disease and oral health. Studies have
failed to clear the link but is commonly noticed by doctors all over
the world that heart disease is connected with mouth infection.
Inflammation of gum and teeth and accumulation of bacteria in mouth,

Our body have its own way of expressing its problems through simple
symptoms. If we are able to note this symptoms in time and treat the
disease we could maintain our health and save lot of money . Here are
some simple symptoms that worth attention to keep ourself healthy.

Proper sleep is necessary to get proper rest for the body. It is also
important since the body produces vital hormones during sleep hours.
It is quiet common that people suffer from lack of sleep problems. It
can be stress or tension of day to day life or sometimes no reasons
can be found. Whatever the cause lacks of sleep gives problems like
fatigue, inability to concentrate in work and many more difficulties.

Sleep Apnea:-  The soft tissue in the back of the throat can interrupt

the normal breathing pattern and thereby disrupt the sleep. The intake
of oxygen will not be sufficient for the body and body will struggle
for more oxygen while asleep. This will result in sleep deprivation.

Prolonged Use Of “Morphine”and Increased Risk Of Depression.



The recent research study supervised by a team of doctors at the University of St. Louis (USA) brings out serious facts on long-term use of palliative medications that belong to a family opiates such as morphine and similar type medicines like hydrocodone and Oxychodone and fentanyl.
The researchers pointed out that the use of these palliative medicines that belong to the family of opioid for more than 180 days, raise the risk of depression by 53%, among 25% of people taking these drugs during a period ranging between 90 and 180 days, compared to people who take these medicines for a period of less than 3 months.
The researchers followed that risks depends mainly on the length of use, the higher the period in which they get through the patient on opioid analgesics higher risk of depression, as well as the same thing for the doses of the drug, the higher the concentrations of these drugs the higher the risk of this mental illness, arguing that low doses may greatly reduce the risk of depression.
Prominent among other side effects resulting from eating those painkillers include the lack of secretions of testosterone and low levels of vitamin "D" and an imbalance in the regulation of blood glucose and feeling great pain in the body. These side effects will stop showing gradually after a long period.

Drying your ears carefully may help to prevent infection known as "swimmer's ear." If water happen to enter in to your ears while swimming or having a shower or in the bathtub or shower washing your hair, you are more subjected to this infection. You can clean your ear to prevent infection by using a mixture of fluid prepared by taking equal amounts of alcohol (isopropyl) cleanser and white vinegar in a small bowl (alcohol works on drying the ear, and the vinegar changes the pH inside the ear canal). Pour 3-4 drops in one ear by tilting your head to one side and then in the next ear. After this using soft cotton buds you can clean your ears.

How to disable the Send Error Report message box in windows?

















It is an irritating fact that Microsoft  need us to send an error report whenever its operating system find some difficulty with opening or working of its features.It is a tedious job to click on either of  the Don't send report or send Report option whenever it  is displayed on the screen. Sometimes it comes often and you have to spend most of your time dealing with this nasty box. Well you can disable it if you are ready to spend a few seconds for it rather than spending most of your time clicking the Error box. Just follow the simple steps.

Step1:- Right Click on the my computer icon on the desktop.













Step2:-Go to the Advanced option in the System Properties.












Step3:- In the Advanced options you could see 3 " Settings " option  and just beneath these settings  an option  Error Reporting . Click on the Error Reporting.













Step4:- A corresponding window will come, in it select the Disable error reporting option and Click OK.

Step4:- In the resulting Performance Properties chooseCustom option.When you select custom you will get a list of checked options. In it you have to un check(Remove the tick sign ) the following 3 options.
  • Animate windows when maximizing or minimizing.
  • Fade or slide menus in to view.
  • Fade or slide tool tips in to view.

Click OK.Step5:- Go to the Advanced Options and select Settings under Start up and Recovery.



Step6:-In the Start up and Recovery section you have to disable the following 2 options.
  • Time to display list of operating system.
  • Time to display recovery options when needed.
Click OK to all the windows.And now you are done with doing a little bit of work to speed up the booting of your windows Xp.

How to Take Recovery / Back up of Your Genuine Operating System(OS)?






 When we buy a new laptop or computer it is nowadays quiet common that the vendors provide us with genuine operating system. Initially they used to give the CD and now they provide a recovery software to take the back up or recovery of our operating system. Creating a proper back up is very important since the unexpected crash of our system and there by resulting formatting  may cost us a new operating system.Here through some simple steps I will tell you how take a recovery or backup of your OS. Right now we are dealing with Toshiba, but the procedure is same for almost all recovery softwares, the only change will be in the name of those softwares.

Step1:-Go to Toshiba Desktop Assistance.








Step2:-Click on the Support and Recovery









Step3:- Click on the Recovery Media Creator









Step4:-Select the storage medium to store the recovery, usually the secondary memory like USB, DVD etc..

Step5:-Click on  Create

When one CD/DVD is finished writing completely, it will be ejected out automatically, then you have to put next CD/DVD and continue the process.
