Some common symptoms that we ignore and diseases associated with it.






Our body have its own way of expressing its problems through simple
symptoms. If we are able to note this symptoms in time and treat the
disease we could maintain our health and save lot of money . Here are
some simple symptoms that worth attention to keep ourself healthy.

Proper sleep is necessary to get proper rest for the body. It is also
important since the body produces vital hormones during sleep hours.
It is quiet common that people suffer from lack of sleep problems. It
can be stress or tension of day to day life or sometimes no reasons
can be found. Whatever the cause lacks of sleep gives problems like
fatigue, inability to concentrate in work and many more difficulties.

Sleep Apnea:-  The soft tissue in the back of the throat can interrupt

the normal breathing pattern and thereby disrupt the sleep. The intake
of oxygen will not be sufficient for the body and body will struggle
for more oxygen while asleep. This will result in sleep deprivation.
This pattern will occur repeatedly for hours. Sleep apnea can occur if
you have the habit of snoring at night especially if you snore with
loud noise. It can also occur if your are suffering from fever, sore
throat etc. Obesity is another cause for sleep apnea.

Excessive Hair growth in Women:-

Human beings have hair in their body. Both men and women have hair but
there is a difference in its pattern of growth.  Excessive hair growth
in women refers to the growth of hair in the face, chest , abdomen
etc. This condition is called hirsutism. It can be noted when the hair
is found around nipples and in between breast etc.  In some women it
can be noted by growth of facial hair.

Can be a Symptom of:-

    This symptom can be a signal of Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome
(PCOS). The hormone imbalance that results in androgen production
decreasing the oestrogen and progesterone. This will delay the
ovulation process and result in ovarian cyst. PCOS can lead to
infertility. Other symptoms include weight gain, loss of hair, sound
change, small breast size, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol
etc.

Weight Loss:-


When we discuss weight loss we are not dealing with those through
dieting , exercise or due to lack of proper nutrition, sports etc. The
kind of weight loss that happens suddenly and surprisingly. Sometimes
you may note that your clothes doesn’t fit properly to your body or a
great change in your appearance commented by your friends or
colleagues, this kind of sudden weight loss can be a reason or symptom
for many disease.

Can be a Symptom of:-

Sudden weight loss can be a symptom of cancer. Cancer usually comes
with other symptoms like pain in particular areas, fatigue,
indigestion etc. Weight loss is also associated with problems of
thyroid gland called hyperthyroidism. Insomnia, fatigue, tension, mood
change etc are another symptoms associated with hyperthyroidism.

Constipation:-

It is very important for a healthy person to defecate daily. Regular
bowel movement is shows the health of a person. But there are lot of
people who suffer from constipation problem. Constipation is the
difficulty or lack of easiness one face when one is having bowel
movement. Some people have bowel movement three times a week and some
have once in a week. Depending on the diet constipation problem
varies. Constipation is a clearest indicator of the body’s need for
more fibre. When one face this often it is worth considering.
Can be a Symptom of:-
Tumors of the colon or colorectal cancer. It can also be a symptom of
hemorrhoid. Any problem related with bowel movement are a red flag for
polyp cancer if it persist after doing necessary changes in the diet
by including fluids and fibre. Other warning signs for colon cancer
include presence of  blood in the stool, weight loss , stomach pain,
nausea, bloating, etc

Frequent Urination:- Intension to urinate frequently or urinating

frequently can be a signal for following disease.
Can be a Symptom of:-
Diabetes. Because too much glucose in the blood leads to the need to
urinate often.Body try to remove water from the body in order to
liquidate excess glucose from the body. Frequent urination is a sign
for both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. With diabetes, there are other
symptoms include extreme thirst (because the body is working to get
rid of excess glucose), weakness, fatigue, blurred vision, and
tingling sensation in the fingers or toes.
UTI :- Urinary tract infection is associated with frequent urination.
Especially in women sudden frequent urination can also be a symptom of
UTI.

Notable:

Caffeine works by stimulating the central nervous system.
Specifically, the adrenal glands to produce hormones - namely cortisol
and adrenaline. Those who consume caffeine in abundance have in
addition to frequent urination, the problems like tension, and
irritability, insomnia, and irregular heart beat etc

Persistent cough:

Cough is a symptom of infection to the respiratory system. It can be
due to dust or due to various foreign substances inhaled by the human
body. Cough can also come due to smoking, air pollution etc. If the
cough is unnatural and it is not due to common cause like cold or
fever there may be a problem which need attention.

Can be a Symptom of:-

Disorder Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease, known scientifically
as DCOP. It can be a symptom of lung cancer.  Patients with chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease suffer from difficulty in breathing and
feeling of heaviness in chest and headache. Smokers are prone to
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer. Lung cancer may
be accompanied by bloody cough, frequent pneumonia, weight loss  etc .
