When you switch on your Computer you could hear your CPU whirring and getting ready , and you can see your mouse winking at you and of course the drives and keyboard showing hi with the blinking lights and you wait for the monitor to get switched on.But nothing on the screen not even a signal and definitely it is a confusing situation. Here are some possible hardware problems that may be the cause of your computer display not working properly.
1.Check the power supply and connection especially the monitor cable.
2. Take out the RAM carefully.Using a mild perfume and clean clothe wipe out the dust in it and place it back and check whether display is working.
3. Check the CPU fan, If it is clogged with dust remove the dust. Note that you
must be careful not to rupture the leaves of CPU fan.
4.If the display is not working even after all this checking , you can make sure that the problem is with Motherboard.
