You need a diet which give you quick energy



   It is an era where life style diseases plays the role of villain in our life. When we put the term “life style disease" the part played by our food habit is very important. Life is running very fast and each human being ,though it is a small kid or an adult is having a busy schedule in his life. We are always bothered about our diet. What to eat and what not to eat is  a big question. What we need or we look for is a food , a small quantity which can support our whole metabolism and energy needs. Lentils have an important role here.  Lentils are one of the good natural foods which is easy to digest and our body can absorb quickly the essential proteins in it that are useful for building the body  tissues. It is the rich natural source of carbohydrates which can provide energy and in addition to it lentils can trigger important hormones which controls the process of sleep, and increase appetite and delay the aging processes. Many of the studies confirmed that the lentils plays an important role in strengthening the nervous system, it also helps to strengthen bones and teeth and helps and support RBC production. Lentils have an amazing capacity to fight against cold.
